Choice of Law and Jurisdiction

This Terms of Use shall be construed and governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States of America without regard to choice of law principles. By using this site, you agree that the courts located in Lane County, Oregon shall have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any action brought relating to the use of this site or these Terms of Use.

 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify SLLEA and its respective officers, directors, members, employees, agents, representatives, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, and content providers for and from any loss by reason of, in any way relating to, or arising out of: (a) your use of this website and any violation of any law, rule, or regulation arising out of such use, or (b) any violation of this Agreement.

Miscellaneous

SLLEA’s failure to enforce your strict performance of any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of its right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of this Agreement.  Neither the course of conduct between parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of the Agreement.  This Agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties for this Site and supersedes all existing agreements and all other oral, written or other communication between the parties concerning its subject matter. You agree to use the Content and Site only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from any use of the Content or Site that would constitute an illegal offense, give rise to liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national or international law or regulation.

SLLEA may amend these terms of use at any time and without prior notice. Changes will be posted in this area of the website. Amended terms are effective upon being posted and you should, therefore, review these Terms of Use from time to time.
