College Level Academics:
Higher education and technical career programs decrease the risk of unemployment and underemployment at every level and is often a minimum requirement for entry into one’s chosen career. SLLEA works with our college and college-bound students as they set and pursue their personal academic goals and interests and help them align their educational pursuits with their career choices. SLLEA students can access academic tutoring and study skill supports, and receive help with navigating campus administration, financial aid, and academic accommodations. SLLEA also provides guidance and support in developing personal skills in many college relevant areas including social, organizational, self-advocacy, executive functioning, and communication to help ensure a more successful and college and academic experience.
