House Manager (APP)

Location: Eugene, OR
Schedule: Full-Time
Compensation: Hourly, transitions to salaried

  • Lead operations at the Advanced Placement Program (APP) House

  • Supervise staff and coordinate student supports

  • Oversee scheduling, documentation, and house maintenance

  • Support and teach daily living skills

  • Requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills

 

Skills Mentor / Direct Support Professional

Location: Eugene, OR
Schedule: Full-Time
Compensation: $20–$23 per hour

  • Provide 1:1 support to adults on the autism spectrum

  • Teach independent living and employment skills

  • Support daily routines, community activities, and transportation

  • Work flexible shifts with professional development opportunities

  • Requires patience, reliability, and strong interpersonal skills

 

Case Manager

Location: Eugene, OR
Schedule: Full-Time
Compensation: $48,000 - $65,000 annually, depending on experience

The Case Manager plays a central role in assessing, planning, and delivering individualized supports for our students. This position blends direct advocacy with team collaboration and program coordination to promote each student’s health, wellness, and independence.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Facilitating tailored support strategies that promote student independence, skill-building, and program engagement.

  • Facilitate communication with students, families, staff, and community partners.

  • Supervising and mentoring support staff

  • Monitoring documentation and compliance with SLLEA policies and local/state regulations.

  • Supporting students in achieving personal goals through a holistic, student-centered approach.

Strong candidates will bring experience in case management or human services, excellent communication skills, and a possion for inclusive, student-driven support.
