This website is operated and maintained by Smart Living, Learning & Earning with Autism (SLLEA), an Oregon nonprofit corporation, and is offered under the following terms of use.

Copyright in the text materials contained on this site is owned by SLLEA. These materials may be downloaded and duplicated for personal use only. Other uses require express written permission from SLLEA.

Copyright in the photographs, illustrations artwork, and other graphic material are reserved to SLLEA and/or the copyright owners (licensors). Prior permission to use, download, reproduce, or reprint any photograph or other graphic material must be obtained from the copyright owner, regardless of intended use.

Any use of “Smart Living, Learning & Earning,” “SLLEA,” or the name of any funds, programs, or initiatives, their respective logos, text, or graphic materials contained in this site in any manner to express or imply endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, or association of the user with or by SLLEA is strictly prohibited.

Choice of Law and Jurisdiction

This Terms of Use shall be construed and governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States of America without regard to choice of law principles. By using this site, you agree that the courts located in Lane County, Oregon shall have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any action brought relating to the use of this site or these Terms of Use.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify SLLEA and its respective officers, directors, members, employees, agents, representatives, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, and content providers for and from any loss by reason of, in any way relating to, or arising out of: (a) your use of this website and any violation of any law, rule, or regulation arising out of such use, or (b) any violation of this Agreement.

Miscellaneous

In the event that any portion of the Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the invalid or unenforceable portion shall be construed in accordance with the applicable law as nearly as possible to reflect the original intentions of the parties, and the remainder of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.  The paragraph headings herein are provided only for reference and shall have no effect on the construction or interpretation of the Agreement. SLLEA’s failure to enforce your strict performance of any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of its right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of this Agreement.  Neither the course of conduct between parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of the Agreement. This Agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties for this Site and supersedes all existing agreements and all other oral, written or other communication between the parties concerning its subject matter. You agree to use the Content and Site only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from any use of the Content or Site that would constitute an illegal offense, give rise to liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national or international law or regulation.

Changes

SLLEA may amend these terms of use at any time and without prior notice. Changes will be posted in this area of the website. Amended terms are effective upon being posted and you should, therefore, review these Terms of Use from time to time. Your access and use of this SLLEA website after the effective date of any amended terms means that you accept and agree to the amended terms.
